The Single Marine Program was created to improve the
quality of life and recreational
offerings of the active
duty Marines living in the Barracks.
The SMP is targeted primarily to Marines 18-25 years
of age living in the barracks, not to exclude
geographical bachelors, single parents, and single
officers. The primary purpose of the program is to
enhance the morale and well-being of single Marines by
directly involving them in the planning of services.
Areas of concern include recreation, health, wellness,
and community involvement.
Meetings are held the last Thursday of each
month at 2:30pm, at Cunningham's. Meetings are open for all
to attend and all MCAS Cherry Point commands are invited
to send a representative. Stop by Cunningham's for more
information or call 466-3027
