MCFTB provides
educational resources and services to foster personal
growth and enhance the readiness of Marine Corps
families. MCFTB is comprised of Marine and Family
Readiness, LifeSkills, L.I.N.K.S., PREP and CREDO. MCFTB
is supported division of MCCS. MCFTB is staffed with a
MCFTB Director, Family Readiness Support Trainer,
Readiness and Deployment Support Trainers, LifeSkills
Trainer, L.I.N.K.S. Trainer and Administrative
Assistants. Unit Family Readiness Programs and the
L.I.N.K.S. program are supported by volunteers.

enduring pledge between Marines is never more
sacred than during time of war. Just as every
Marine makes a commitment to the Corps when they
earn the title Marine, the Corps makes an
enduring commitment to every Marine-and an
