CLASS DESCRIPTION |

20/20/20: 20 minutes of cardio to strengthen
the muscles of the heart and get your weight
under control; 20 minutes of toning and
strengthening and 20 minutes of Pilates
conditioning, to help improve flexibility,
strengthen core (power house), improve endurance
and coordination without adding muscle bulk. |

Power
Pump: is group exercise based weight training
class. It uses barbells with adjustable weights to
work every major muscle in the body. A typical
workout involves roughly 100 repetitions for each
muscle group which is an effective way to improve
your muscular endurance. This workout can also
help to accelerate weight loss when combined with
cardiovascular activity & good nutritional habits. |

Step:
the bench was originally designed for physical
therapy rehabilitation in the 1980s-based on
height and speed of movement on the bench-this
cardio activity can expend a huge amount of
stored calories! All levels of fitness will
benefit and are welcome...simple choreography
and FUN! |

Max 02: This class is designed for those
interested in maximizing their cardiovascular
output. Maximum oxygen consumption rate! This
class is not structured and will offer a variety
of equipment and types of training for moderate
to high level fitness enthusiasts. |

Kickboxing: The hottest craze in group
exercise classes nationwide. This class combines
"boxing" movements with music. A great cross
training tool and excellent for all fitness
levels. |

Ab-Blast:
This 45 minute class will take participants
through a complete core workout to include
abdominal exercise, lwer back exercise, while
finishing off with core stretching. A great
class designed for all levels of fitness. |

Uppercut: This 45 minute class is
designed to tone and strengthen our upper body.
The instructor will use bands dumbells, bars and
even some kickboxing moves for an exciting new
workout. |

Moms with
Wheels:
This class is designed to help moms get back
into shape. Moms bring your babies in strollers.
On nice days classes will be held outside. |

Yoga
Stretch:
Literally means union. This class is based on
practical and scientific teachings, including a
system of exercises for attaining bodily and
mental control and well being. There are two
components: Physical Postures and Breathing
Exercises. All ages and levels of fitness can
enjoy and benefit. |

H20: Splish Splash your way to fitness. A
fun and refreshing way to work your
cardiovascular and tone your body at the same
time. |

Circuit Training:
A variety of cardiovascular and strength training
exercises are combined for a complete body
workout. this class is a great way to interval
train. This class is designed for all levels
allowing each individual to feel as if he or she
received an efficient workout. |
