Please Note: Fees are set by the family child care
provider. Prior to starting care, families should complete a
written contract with the provider regarding fees and
policies. Emergency contact information along with proof of
immunization are also required prior to the child
participating in the program.
Becoming a
FCC Provider: The FCC program permits individuals
lawfully residing in government quarters to care for
children of service members and DoD federal Employees in
their assigned government quarters. It also allows
family members residing in private homes within the city
limits of Havelock to register with the FCC Program
aboard Cherry Point.

ability to speak, read and write English language |

Participate in a home interview with your family

conviction of, admission to, or evidence of family
violence, child abuse and neglect, alcohol abuse
